The We Alliance Party welcomes enquiries from eligible citizens considering participation in future elections. This page provides procedural guidance and a route to express interest. It does not constitute an open party nomination exercise or candidate endorsement.

Positions of interest

  • President
  • Governor
  • Senator
  • County Woman Representative
  • Member of the National Assembly
  • Member of the County Assembly

The final eligibility criteria and nomination procedures for each office depend on the Constitution, elections law, party rules and official notices in force at the relevant time.

Information an aspirant should prepare

  • Names and national ID or passport particulars
  • Verified telephone number and email address
  • Electoral county, constituency and ward, plus polling station or registration centre where applicable
  • Office sought and intended electoral area
  • Relevant leadership, professional and community experience
  • Declarations and required supporting documents once official nominations open

Do not submit confidential identity documents through ordinary email or insecure website channels. The formal process will specify approved verification and submission arrangements.

How the process will work

  • Submit a preliminary expression of interest through the channel currently published by TWAP.
  • Receive a reference or acknowledgement from the Secretariat where the facility supports it.
  • Review official nomination notices, eligibility requirements, dates and applicable dispute procedures when published.
  • Complete vetting, consent, verification and prescribed formal application procedures as applicable.

Important: A preliminary interest form is not evidence of membership, clearance, nomination or entitlement to a party ticket.
